In game mail, listing auctions, whispering players, doing just about anything is giving a error message “That action is currently restricted”

Same every player cant trade even loot from the raid my raid leader cant share loot 1hr cd nice, we cant buy potions from ah.

Probs troll bait, but if he was doing incursions, the only thing I could think of is if he was holding the escort npcs hostage. People were mass reporting anyone that was intentionally doing this on our server.

Weren’t incursions yielding a ton of gold? Maybe they locked everyone up to roll it back

i dunno how to even get into one haha but i haven’t looked anything up about it tbh. haven’t really done much questing yet cause of work. but literally everyone in trade/general is complaining about it as well.
can’t trade even conjured water, seems like they enabled solo self found mode from hardcore onto everyone

Nope, these people were intentionally holding the npcs and were laughing at anyone who asked them to go to the turn. Think a little before you decide to start typing.
I don’t think this has anything to do with escort quests, I haven’t done any of the escort quests in a group. I’ve only stood at the ramp and waited for them to get turned in and even I can’t trade fools gold. I think its just a bug right now.
It could be they have locked the ability to trade and move items/gold around so they can evaluate how much damage was done and if a rollback is warranted for massive amount of gold this created.
Unlikely, more likely Self-found mode was acitvated unintentionally.

For what it’s worth, my account is restricted too. I haven’t done anything since ph3 launched but quested to 41 in STV.

Great, glad to see this is affecting SOD and not just era. Maybe Blizz will fix it for us in era too!
Everyone in IF and SW o Wild Growth reporting the same issue so it sounds like Self-found code got pushed into SoD (given that we can’t trade either).
