[SoD} Refined Arcanite Champion proc is bugged resulting in losing DPS when proccing

So just now Refined Arcanite Champion was nerfed from 30 damage and 10% attack speed proc to 20 damage and 5% attack speed proc. Yet the actual bug from that proc was not fixed, when it procs, it lowers your damage because it is pulling from the SotC attack speed modifier. Which means an attack speed increase decreases damage. So that proc ends up being a dps net loss every time it procs now that its only 5%.

Having a weapon with a proc that lowers its damage is hopefully not an intended design.

The actual bug was addressed with the change.
It is no longer going to reduce the damage you deal when it makes your attack speed faster.
The proc on RAC is the same as Blistering Ragehammer so you can even test that and see if your damage is reduced or not by 10% when it procs.
