I have had my 2.5 since week 2. I had it when it was still the power of god + anime mg42ing fools. A mage can legit block the entire duration of rapid fire. It is still a terrible matchup for them but it is doable. Especially vs most of the BUM hunters that just stand still and turret.
Wait til next Phase where Hunters can combine that bonus together with CD reset after every crit. Gotta love the insane differences in set bonuses
