If theres a sure way that i lose interest in a character fast, its when i boost one.
Wheres the Hard-Mode BFD, Gnomer and ST?
Id settle for a cash-shop in SOD before playing an expansion from 2013.
Era is pretty much unplayable after SOD and MOP isnt even close to classic.

It’s the dev time. Far easier to spit out expansions already made and just keep subs off nostalgia.
Yeah its pretty unfortunate. This has been the most fun myself and a lot of my guild has had with WoW in a long time. A lot of us will probably just inevitably quit and just hope that classic+ rears its head sometime soon. If we’re waiting over a year until Blizzcon to hear anything about it though, thats probably not going to bode well. 
yep… SOD’s player base is the one that didn’t even want wrath. They sure as hell dont want MOP rofl. that’s me out.
So long as the servers are left up on SOD im happy, be my classic home until classic+ is released.

Everyone was ready. Scarlet Enclave was so good. It felt fresh, it felt new. Even with its flaws. It’s just disappointing.
Shareholders thinking that classic players want to play MoP is laughable and just shows how disconnected from the playerbase they really are

Guys nobody is forcing you to play MoP. If you want to play it, they give you a very easy possibility many SoD players quit when it came out - during Wrath.
Besides SoD ending is not news. Their phase 8 announcement was literally “experience the LAST phase”.
Agreed… Stayed around for “what is new” completed mc/bwl/aq/naxx hardmodes + SE 20 raid. Hidden leaks during the leveling phase of Pali/Sham/Ashbringer questline sending us to Hyjal! Last few weeks of rumors/hopium of a Phase 9… into a blue post basically saying, “GG SOD go play MOP”.
Maybe they can give us the option to Choose One: TBC Boost or MOP Boost. I would rather play TBC.
They don’t as the promo ends before MoP releases. TBC isn’t coming out this year, or at the very earliest, later this year.
I would save it (if possible). Leveling toons on Anni for TBC prep but an extra alt would be nice over an unused boosted toon in a game mode I do not want to play.
That’s fine. Nobody is forcing you to use your free boost.
TBC, MOP, or even a Retail boost Choose One credit would allow players to go to whatever version of the game they might want to play.
This is the first time ever they did a real promo between Classic. Let us just calm down for once and appreciate that they give out a free $60 service.

Considering that Cata had a larger pop than SoD, they were probably correct.
