Gold has been removed from my character and I am unable to use the dual spec function. No addons installed. I’ve been told you can keep attempting at 50g per try to get it but I don’t really feel like sinking gold into this.

Second this, Bought Dual spec and it took the 50g but no Dual Spec but others are getting it fine, I was in combat when I bought mine. Unsure if that has anything to do with it

Same - had to buy it twice. Put up a ticket lets hope for an answer soon.
This happened to me as well. I put in a ticket. What I am hearing is that if you are in combat, and purchased Dual Spec, you just lose 50g. It is only working if purchased outside of combat. Not sure if this is the only reason.

i think Realitatex it´s right, i purchase and some random alliance was casting blizzard, so put me into combat… and didn´t get dualspec only the charge for 50g 
Has anyone got the gold they lost refunded? Had to buy it again when guy spawned in Ironforge…
Blizzard just sent out this response to people who created a ticket for losing 50g:

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us regarding the issue you encountered where you did not obtain Dual Spec due to purchasing this while in combat. The original issue which caused this has been fixed and you should not encounter this again. Should you encounter this again, please submit a bug report:
Customer support is unable to compensate or reimburse any gold lost as a result of this issue. We understand that this is not the answer you are hoping to hear as this is not a small amount of money but it is the only answer customer support can provide.

There should be some way for Blizz to know that we paid the 50g and allow us to talk to Grendag again to get it. or at least our class trainer.
Why Blizz would put this guy in a PVP area and have a bug like this occur is crazy stupid. Hope the guy that thought of this guys placement has been fired.

This is BULLSH!T, the developers are incompetent dumbasses that put this bugged sh!t in the game, we should get our gold back.
I got the same reply, I am just going to keep the ticket open and continue to send messages demanding my gold be returned.
I as well still waiting for either the 50g or the dual specc i paid for. my ticket time is for like 7 days though which is ridiculous
If you are using the addon called “Talented” disable it. The developer for that addon has not added dual spec yet for SoD.
