I can no longer make the old Moonsteel Broadsword pattern (4stam 12spirit) despite having the pattern. I have a quest that requires it: “Arms for the Field” in Silithus. Once the old pattern was removed from my abilities page, I created the new one instead (26 spellpower). The quest will not accept the new one in place of the old one.
I’ve just run into this too. To make things worse I made 10 of the swords because I planned on grinding some Field Duty quests. RIP.
