[SoD] Lvl 50 Nightmare Incursions repeatedly give gathering quests, not a gatherer, so I cannot do the event

I have done the lvl 50 Feralas incursion starter quest to get my first quest here multiple times and am getting gathering quests every. single. time.

I am not a gatherer. I cannot do these quests. Thus I am stuck only able to do the demons quest for 10 rep at a time over and over.

Steps to reproduce.

  1. Do the starter Feralas quest as a non-gathererer.
  2. Observe you are given a gathering quest.
  3. Do the starter quest again.
  4. Observe you are given yet another gathering quest you cannot complete.
  5. Rinse and repeat.

PS: Trying to do this first quest on a solo mage is super toxic, not fun at all.

You made that decision yourself. Nobody else made that decision for you. So, surely the rest of your post is aggrevation at yourself for not taking a gathering profession, right?

sounds like a personal problem

solution: either get a gathering profession or group with someone who has one
