Door is locked, can’t get through. caused by eyes not despawing we’ve been told, which means blizzard added this bug, then didn’t fix it before the phase was over lol.

Yup. Happens constantly. Need to log out at door the relog while spamming jump to get through.

We tried this - no longer seems to be a viable fix. my game would hang up at the end of my loading screen. No one was able to get through.
