Examples:

  1. You liked playing swords in Vanilla? Too bad, now daggers are 2x as good as swords. Better get some daggers and play them if you want to be relevant in PVP or PVE. Also didn’t you know swords are HUNTER PRIO now? Hunters NEED all the one-handed swords for their meme spec. Sorry :person_shrugging:
  2. Adds shadowstep but puts it on GCD so you can’t do anything for an entire GCD after using shadowstep. Add shadowstrike which steps you to target also but hits them like a wet noodle and blows your stealth :person_shrugging: The perfect noob trap
  3. I hope you don’'t enjoy stealthing anymore either :smile: We’ve given dots to every class now with runes. Good luck using your class defining ability called stealth anymore while you are dotted by every class in the game :person_shrugging:
  4. Enjoyed stun locking people in Vanilla as a rogue? Well too bad, we’ve given everyone TBC trinkets which remove all CC making your class even less relevant in PVP. Better hope we don’t wake up and realize mutilate is broken or your class won’t be able to function in PVP at all :person_shrugging:
  5. Like raiding? LOL, good luck. You don’t bring anything to a raid group. As a rogue you are mid DPS, have no useful AOE, lackluster single target, and you do not buff the raid at all. You are also probably the worst tanking spec. :person_shrugging:
  6. I really hope PVP wasn’t your favorite past time on rogue either. Now you will be instantly blown up by most classes since you are squishy, their runes are OP, and you can’t stealth because of dots. You miss an opener, you instantly die. Have fun :smile:

Who is stealth in pvp in this climate? Just run into things and spam mutilate. Never been easier to kill people on a rogue. We warriors now. zug zug

Yeah, I’m a rogue. It’s not that bad. And I was using daggers before it was cool (cuz I’m lazy and don’t want to spam 5 SS before a finisher).

Guild really doesn’t give a crap about min maxing specs. Nothing in the game is tuned so hard you need only the best dps to beat an enrage timer.

I don’t even run damage meters. That’s kind of a you problem.

Mutilate goes brrr but doesn’t have the correct animation. It’s underwhelming.
But still goes brrr i guess

I was going to level my rogue 1st but after seeing how bad they are at everything in P2 I’m not sure which class I want to play.

I’m slowly leveling up multiple classes trying to decide but they all feel bad.

I might just have to go Spriest now. But then I have to heal while leveling. Yuck.

That’s you problem. You’re clearly just looking for FOTM, or the class that always is “good”. At some point that class is not going to be “good”.

Just pick the class you actually enjoy playing.

Only valid complaint you’ve made is the community perception about Rogues in raiding, its probably pretty annoying to get into pugs as a Rogue DPS.

Everything else is just “your bad”
