TBC Classic servers were DOA the first time around, they were all closed for a reason.
Uh … this is a personal choice you make to use them or not. If the addons are playing for oyu, and you don’t like that, stop using them …
TBC was literally my favorite xpac… i was bummed as hell when classic tbc flopped. I actually didn’t like WotLK much. It was nice getting a cool new class, and the villain was iconic and deserving of being killed. That was about it.
Only part of TBC I really couldn’t stand was how it ended, something I have made no secret of in other threads. I also didn’t really like being made to kill both Kael AND Illidan. But I could force myself to tolerate it and loved the setting. Outland is one of my favorite regions, and Quel’thalas is the best starting zone ever to me.
That being said, I don’t think SoD is as bad as OP is making it out to be, and am hoping for a TBC SoD
