Spoken like someone who has never joined a guild in his life. I have 6 toons spread across 6 guilds. There’s literally only a single bar of entry:
“Can you show up at X time on Y day for raid?”
If yes, congrats, you’re in. No, your gear doesn’t matter. No, your parse doesn’t matter. No, your class doesn’t matter. Just exist in the right place at the right time.
in a seasonal server where time is limited i’d have to say a big fat NO to grinding for runes/features of said seasonal server…

SoD players are not people who loved Classic/Vanilla WoW so comparing popularity of SoD phases is irrelevant. Those people are/were still playing Classic Era very quickly after trying SoD if they tried it at all.

after playing cata for the first time ever, it is so nice not having weapon skills. i cannot believe that bs is still in “vanilla” versions of the game that are coming out.
The incursion economy and shutting down of my server and forcing me onto Crusader Strike is why I quit and won’t come back.
Crusader Strike is such a cringe server and all the chats are filled with spam. I couldn’t even ignore them all because my ignore list filled up so fast.
Tried starting on a fresh server, and I can’t even afford the mats to fill up the supply crates under level 10 because everything is so expensive! It’s ridiculous. They ruined this game mode.
Also the world is dead now because no one quests anymore or does dungeons, everyone’s running their stupid loops in a small instanced zone that’s camped 24/7.

i dont understand. 1 moment u classic andys say go to cata/retail if u want a challenge and for it to be hard. and now u say enjoy your easy mode? which 1 is it pal? or is it whichever fits ur dumb argument for the day? LOL. and hate to break it to u buddy but a qol change like that is not ez mode. hitting an unkillable mob for hours on end is not something i would call “hard” but then again u people only like to play the loot pinata version of the game. so i really dont think u know the difference.
