This is some weird manchild crying. The Classic community has unamaninously decided GDKP is the best pug raiding system and its been that way for a couple years now.
GDKP is one of the only tools actual good players have against swipers.

Part of the problem is the content is so easily puggable, almost easier to pug it then schedule it with the guild. So if I’m going to run with 9 randoms, I’d like to get gear or get gold so I don’t leave empty handed.
I’ve run lots of GDKPs and the smallest pot was like 2g, the biggest was like 20g, and on average it is like 10g. So pretty much on par with questing or other gold making methods.

Most people dont raid anymore as that makes no sense so only gdkps left. People from 3rd world countries want gold so they can buy food. We have this problem with rusians on eu.

Just report them for advertisement and get your friends, gf, mother, and dog to do it to. I haven’t seen anything that confirms losers like this won’t at least get a temporary suspension from the mass reports.
Blizz has made it clear they’re hands off, but that doesn’t mean they haven’t given players tools enough to do something about it. Speak loudly, and shamefully.

When I look at LFG right now, I see far more MS/OS or SR then GDKP, however you will always see more GDKP raids when people are raid logging once they have cleared all the content and need nothing else from an instance, otherwise why else would they go, unless they are simply going to run their friends and guild mates through.
Right now you are seeing more raids because its late in P1, overall you will see GDKP raids drop again outside of old content such as BFD, as soon as P2 launches and everyone hits the new raid and while people are clearing new content for a while. They will pick up again once people have geared and are simply working as mercenaries to help carry other players thru the raid.
Go watch meta goblins video on gold farmers, GDKPs. RMT. All conntected…Ban this toxic way of playing…

They are watching streams with streamers paying out thousands of gold that was very likely RMTed…
And they think that’s what normal gdkps are like.
If an epic drops 5g will not be the pay out…People are buying gold at crazy rate, GDKP is most definitely one of the major reasons fornit. The buyers are very are open about it, even most brag about it…only Fuels the bots and farmers that 95% of you complain about. GDKP is not good for the game.

Actually seems like a decent video and I will have to watch the entire thing later. I skipped around and watched about 10 min worth I think and from everything I heard its exactly what most people have been saying. Botting is the foundation of the issue along side RMT. GDKP is not the issue at all. Banning GDKP’s would be like banning alcohol because it causes drunk drivers. Now, you are banning alcohol because bad people are abusing and anyone who drinks it responsibly “suffers” instead of finding a better way to deal with the drunk drivers. Remember how banning alcohol went? if not just go ahead and google it.
The minimum is 10g to 30g for an epic on my server’s gdkps ads. The issue is that epics aren’t going to go for 1000g because other than the staff only a few classes can use if they are all present. If it goes for triple that… you’re looking at a 9g pay out.
Streamers are different though because they are doing it for the views.
The only thing it really incentivizes is RMT.
