Awkshually, due to first move advantage they’re not.
Sod doesn’t have power creep, it has power pounce and mangle. My character at lvl 25 is leaps, bounds and strides stronger than a classic lvl 25. My best optimistic guess, is that the later runes are more of a support style and we already got our “power” runes.
That’s exactly the plan. You will end up with 9 slots. Unless there’s a new post that states otherwise.
You can’t,
but when you can do is reference your therapist and ask them about entitlement.
Guess what the game comes out with a bunch of changes and its going take a year or so to get everything right probably. If you just want a perfect product right out of the gate, then again you need to spend time with your shrink and not on here.
If you really need it in writing, go call a customer service line and cry to them, maybe ask to speak to the manager.
They shouldn’t have even bothered balancing this first phase, they told us as blizcon it’s supposed to be fun over balance so people looking for balanced PvP should go to other versions of the game instead of crying here about how it isn’t fair.
Vanilla was never balanced. At least with SoD they are testing other classes out
people that say this are so dumb. Vanilla wasn’t balanced for 1v1 BUT it was balanced overall with rock, paper, scissors class balance and was VERY balanced in group play.
where did they state that if you don’t mind?
Vanilla was very balanced, there are a lot of brainlets who don’t understand balance though.
lol in what sense? PvP? PvE? Give me some examples
Yeah, that’s what they basically said lol. That’s why there was no testing before release, we are testing it now.
You’re an idiot too it seems. There was no PTR before release so that the “discovery” portion of Season of Discovery could be maintained at launch. They didn’t want a bunch of mouth breathers just Googling their way through launch. But, knowing that would require more than people like you are capable of.
We are not “testing it now”, every public release has problems when it launches, regardless of prior testing. There are too many hardware and software combination in the wild for any in-house test or PTR to account for. PTR’s do help somewhat, but with WoW, most people don’t even send in bug reports, they use the PTR to sort out strategy for raiding/dungeons/pvp when things go live. It’s completely counter-productive and only hurts them but they have done it since day one.
So, based on all history with WoW players, a PTR would have made little to no difference in terms of any issues with SoD and true bugs and gameplay issues. It would have been used as a cheat to locate runes and to prepare group tuning for dungeons and especially raids and the Ashenvale experience. No one would have offered enough in the way of legitimate reporting to make any sort of difference.
No. And here’s why. These runes are all abilities added to classes when the vanilla classes were still being built off of in expansions. They’ve already been balanced around. Only thing not balanced is this level bracket where it’s always been 29 twink hunters.
they were balanced within the limitations of the talent trees. No 2h ret paladin would ever have avengers shield to swap to to daze people. the game is scuffed as far as any balance is concerned
Why wouldn’t they, just swap to shield and sword with a macro like warrior for spell reflect. Even then ret not op.
I guess you arent aware of the history of the skill or how it was previously balanced. to even get avengers shield you had to do VERY DEEP into the protection talent tree. Something no 2h ret paladin would ever do, so they would never even have the spell. This allowed the spell to be very powerful because blizzard knew it was limited to a shield wearing paladin. all those blocks being taken away and given to any paladin is why its not balanced now. The skill is the same as it was when it was conceived of except without the limitations of getting it that MADE IT BALANCED
Seems balanced to me since ret isn’t op. Hunter is tho.
while warriors and rogues are the ones topping the charts most of the time lol.
spoken like a true low brow one dimensional thought neanderthal. warcraft logs and dps meters have destroyed the community
I don’t care about the logs. Every single raid I’ve done in the past 2 weeks have been warriors and rogues doing the most it’s not that hard to see why. I’m not even complaining either it’s just funny how people are still saying “hunter op” they are all good right now
