I don’t know, it’s been fun actually PvPing in AB whereas I know that won’t be the case with the new servers unless they carry over the reward improvements, otherwise back to AV meta.

its to late they screwed up r14 weapons. Pve gear so much more better.

While I agree not having Honor in place at the start is the dumbest thing I have ever seen especially when PVE gear is better than pvp gear after BWL anyways.

Nah sounds pretty boaring.
And all the soylent subscribers that cry about getting ganked on the forums need to reup their prescription meds provided by their own boaring therapists. So they can handle getting ganked in a video game.

Like it or not sod Has a longer shelf life than classic does Is it for no other reason than variety.

PVP’rs got pooped on with the awful r13 and weapons buffs. Just downright disrespectful.
At least in classic the world pvp and leveling will be fun for a couple months.

The same thing is happening to fresh. PvP ranks and gear are going to be withheld until they are clearly outpaced by the PvE gear.
they arent doing that. they are only withholding the honor system until dire maul. they arent “phase gating” ranks by themselves
I will say, that change should be universal across all versions of WoW. Not necessarily the honor boost, but rather the relative rewards to how well a team does or doesn’t do. I think that might have been the best idea they’ve ran across in all of SoD.

Hypothetically, but it’s down to the last couple phases at this point, and they haven’t given us anything to be hopeful about in the future for it. Like, potentially it will keep going… but they have shown us nothing that indicates that they’re able to create new and engaging content. Everything they’ve shown us has been bosses and zones slightly reworked or copy and pasted. It isn’t great looking realistically.
yeahhh, they didn’t even give us our little buffer time where PvP gear is superior to PvE gear… and just straight up jacked our inferior weapons from us.
think they said phase 2 for pvp, so by the time it’s acquired, it’ll likely be close to AQ. Still more comparable though because the PVE gear didn’t get massive gear set bonuses applied to them in the non sod version, whereas sod they did, and turned to PVPers and were like “here’s 20 stam, now get f’d.”
Someone correct me if Im wrong but they already using the SoD ranking system in Era, and I seen somewhere they said they would carry over the new system to fresh.
