All the runes are on the ground. No mobs are spawning, and there is no crystal. It appears that none of the EPL invasion points are working right now. February 14 @ 16:52 server.

Confirmed. Standing at the last point available. Floating zig in the sky, portal/templates on the ground, zig casting down to portal, but no mobs or crystal. The event is stuck and won’t end and reset.
