On my Troll Shaman, I’ve noticed some weird behavior with health regen while using the Way of Earth tanking rune. Basically, every time HP regen ticks, character health goes up as expected, however immediately afterward it suddenly ticks back down by 1-2 HP.
This does not seem to happen without Way of Earth active. I have not tried this on another race, so not sure if the Troll regeneration racial is relevant, but I wouldn’t be surprised since I mostly noticed this issue while regenning in combat
