When casting Healing Rain, and then MOUNTING, healing rain no longer heals any character inside the rain when the caster is mounted. The ground effect stays, and buff stays, but healing is no longer being done. Reminiscent of when your autos were paused while healing rain was active. Nothing too big here, but since it’s a ground effect and not ‘channeled’ it should still continue to heal while the caster is cc’d/stunned/mounted or any other state that would normally prevent channeled casts.
