In Season of Discovery, after receiving and using “Schematic: Goblin Mortar” from Maximillian The Greaser, I did not also learn “The Mortar: Reloaded” the typical way to reload the mortar. This occurred on my character Pseu-Living Flame (US).

I believe you need to be a goblin engineer and go to a goblin engineer trainer like Nixx Sprocketspring and learn Goblin Mortar from him. The Schematic just lets non-Goblin engineers learn how to make the Mortar but not reload it.
they forgot to add it, so no point to be gnomish engeneer, cos u cant learn all reciples like goblin engeneer
