So following the hotfix, Marshal Windsor will not despawn after going to encounter a missing General Marcus. Marcus was missing completely and this has bugged Windsor and he will not despawn now.

If Reginald doesn’t hear back from Marcus, he should despawn after 10 minutes. Did that eventually happen?
