This is for Season of Discovery.
If you kill 7/8 bosses in Scarlet Enclave and return on a second day to fight Caldoran, the gate to his room is locked and you cannot fight the boss.
Please fix, we were super hype for Caldoran prog tonight and this bug has ruined our 2nd night of raiding.
There is another thread in the main classic discussion where others have reported they are having the same issue, many raid groups are getting locked out and unable to run the raid because of this.
Please acknowledge this raid-breaking bug and fix it guys. If the raid content doesn’t work, then what’s the point of any of the other changes?
Just remove the gate if it’s an issue to fix the code, who cares if a team fights Caldoran before Voss, what does that matter?

was there a fix to this we jus encountered this came for cleanup and gate wont open if this bug costs us calderon this week im going to be so mad
Reset the instance when no one is inside of it usually works
I was not able to figure out a fix, we tried all the soft reset methods mentioned in in various threads. Nothing worked.
Unfortuantely we had to just abandon the raid for the week. For prog on Caldoran, we would only clear 6/8 and then do Voss + Caldoran the next day, until we were able to clear the raid in one night.
Even though it only takes an hour or so to go 7/8 for us we had to end the raid early until we were confident enough on Caldoran that we could clear him too in one night, which took a minute.
At this point I don’t think we can expect anymore fixes to SoD, seems finished, unfortuantely.
Just don’t kill more than 6 bosses in one night unless you are certain you can do a full 8/8.
