The rune is not doing increased healing everytime it heals.

It also makes renew not show up on raid unit frames. Little QoL loss there as well.
They used the same misleading wording on this rune as they did on Master Channeler: SOD - Warlock Rune "Master Channeler" Not Working As Intended
Its poor wording. Essentially its saying that
- One instant tick on cast
- Each tick gets +15% from +heal (400+15% +heal)
