So, I recently hit 40 on my Alliance Priest that’s on Wild Growth, went to go buy Dual Spec andddd turns out the NPC that sells Dual Spec isn’t there cause he disappeared from IF at the launch of Phase 5 but is still in Org for Horde.
Do we have any ETA on him being added back into the game for Alliance?
