in SoD the Druid rune Improved Barkskin does not work in cat form or in bear form, you get the error message “you must be in tree form” was broken on the ptr as well

yeah on the PTR that was bugged too… so they just transfer it. I cant believe it. The funny part is I reported this bug on the PTR and im sure im not the only one and the bug still there wow…
Not working on my druid too.
