In SOD the improved mark of the wild talent is not providing additional stats and is only applying the standard base 10 at rank 5
Assuming they’re using the same assets from classic, this will continue to be the case for every class buff. Talented increases to buffs did not show up properly until they fixed it, in I believe as late as Mists of Pandaria.
