Charge/Intercept with Warbringer sometimes will just not charge targets within the correct range, they just will not work.

Is it similar to this? I use Flagellation on my chest.
Charge just doesn’t work sometimes it says no target when I clearly have a target its the same as intercept. My buddy is experiencing this as well.
Its definitely bugged to crap pls fix!
They fixed charge but intercept is still messed up
