Sod Changes Needed

We still have nightly raids. We still have a community. There are changes we need for the players still paying for this game.
#1 Make Charred Emblem tradeable at lost and found to the other versions. People are swapping roles to fill the raids as needed and this is a necessary change.
#2 Make High Commander’s Guard swappable to a 2.9 Speed version. This is the coolest weapon in the game and the only way to make any other class compete with Warlock Tanks.

Wishlist:
These aren’t necessary but, would be nice for balancing.
Make carve baseline for hunters so raids aren’t just 7 warriors.

Charred Emblem tradeable at lost and found is a great recommendation (especially - as you mentioned - at this point in the game with players swapping roles).

To make SoD better set up as an Era experience I also think blizzard could do a few other small chanages (database mostly) that would help immensely:

  1. Open Server Transfers - allow for the remaining populations between Wild Growth and Crusader Strike decide where the “hub” should be. With so few people playing, world pvp really isnt a thing and the majority of players are just hopping on for weekly raid. Let all the remaining SoD Refugees play together.
  2. Make Remnants of Valor Tradeable Resources - Shockingly, there are new people who want to experience Sod (not many, but there are some), but its hard to get them plugged into raids. They need to do Naxx before SE, but need higher Seal Ranks. Make Remnants of Valor tradeable so the raids that are still running can help these new players get caught up.
  3. Tarnished Undermine Reals for Naxx & SE - Resources are CRAZY expensive, as the supply is so low. Introduce Reals onto the loot tables for Naxx & SE bosses, so the main activity of raiding can introduce more supply into the economy.
  4. Wild Strikes Alternative - Give wild strikes to another class on Alliance. Shamans can provide WF for their party if there is no feral druid, and people don’t want to play in an alliance raid without a wild strikes druid. At this point, just give Pallies (or someone else) the equivalent for their party.

I hope SoD is seen as “retro” soon enough, and there could be even a mini resurgence.
