Twenty years later and the bug still persists where Bolvar Fordragon doesn’t spawn in Stormwind Keep, meaning no Alliance can complete the Onyxia attunement. Stop despawning him at all. Come on now.
Update: He finally spawned. Now Lady Prestor will not open a dialogue for the quest to continue. Sigh. Why are attunements even in SOD???
