Here is the ability we had in early testing but blizzard decided not to implement it. Remove the gap between http and copy and paste.

I Just want DH to get soar. We have wings too. Illidan flies in cut scenes.
I’d like to see them move some of the invisible walls around a lot of the high locations in the game. I’d be able to use Soar to get clear to the southern tip of Uldum from Hyjal if it wasn’t for the invisible wall I have to sacrifice most of my altitude to get under.

Last I remember they benefited from some dragon riding talents but not all while still being on a minute CD.
Yes it’s Dam annoying soaring from a high point then bam hitting a invisible wall 
I’ll just head to Throne of the Four Winds and fly around pretending blizz listened for once.

Alright who’s got twitter?, start bombarding blizzard on there for Dracthyr flight ability
Or simply use the feedback Function in-game… As that is the only valid option to provide collected Feedback.

Or use a forums/social media in which they often communicate through…and which is what forums us for…general discussion regarding the game. But for your piece of mind, I have submitted a suggestion ingame aswell. Thanks!

Honestly the solution is so simple. Soar gives you the ability to fly. In areas with dragon riding it works exactly like that system, and in areas without dragon riding it works just like our current flying system. Easy to do and preserves whatever “exploit” they’re worried about.

I legit had a dream we woke up to find on the patch notes was an added racial ability Flight. I was really sad when I woke

This has been my recurring dream since I have been on beta, and I realized how immersion-breaking it is not to have the ability to properly fly as a dragon.
