the unfortunate thing is, without a pretty serious overhaul to many other things, a change to enhance damage or WoE will just have us all going ele outside of raid

The problem is that all damage is ridiculously high.
The reason Shaman sticks out is when the masses of Mages and SPriests come to clean up everything, the Shaman is still standing due to the extra health. It didn’t melt like a good warrior.

dont try and single classes out that are no more broken than at least 2 other classes i can name easily right now.

idk if you’re having trouble with shaman but, try disarming them on charge/intercept stun… this removes the main hand and they lose all the benefits of WoE including the 30% hp etc.

the ONLY problem with this is that warriors get kinda boned because of the way rage works
melee hunters told us to disarm them too. didn’t save them from nerfs
I misunderstood. I assumed what was being talked about was in context to burst damage only. A flat damage reduction for everyone or even a larger increase to health pools would make PvP better than it currently is. Burst should be a viable play option, but when it is literally one and two shotting people and there is no way to recover, then something isn’t being designed right.

Has 5k hp in pvp (+30% hp from the rune)
45% phys damage mit (mail+shield)
-10% all damage recieved on top
-6% chance to be critted (can go 11% with wsg helmet to be crit immune vs some classes)
-crits with Lava burst on 1500, chain l for 1400
-has separate cds on 2 powerful shocks thx to the same rune (poor melee gets frost shocked and then eshocked on full damage).
Are we still asking to nerf everyone else?
If you think ele is a problem you either dont pvp or have no idea how to counter the class. Ele is the easiest to counter and shut down.
Shutting down doesn’t equal killing. Esp when your target has 3 schools of magic and tons of passive/active defense.
ele is fine, they’re a turret countered easily. Enhance needs the nerfs

I took farm, and just chilled while they 5 capped and then camped them in their graveyard.
How long does it take to get 190 points? 4 minutes on the long end? 4.5 including the initial cap time?
And they just got buffed…

This turret sits in a caster camp, providing huge utility with decoy/grounding/tremor totems and purging your important cds/shields/buffs. And can global you with elemental mastery anytime. Thx to the rune that makes him the worst target to focus first.

ele caves to melee pressure just like all other casters that have to hard cast.
Theres no point in arguing with some ppl, they dont care about learning and countering they’re just upset shaman arent free hks like in every other iteration of wow any more.
You do understand that when you pressure ele, his boys have so much space to kill you? And you are wasting your cds to go through 5k hp with tons of passive and active defensives on his side? You kick lava? It is fire, he has nature, frost. Chain L + shock combo still globals with elemental mastery.
