how long has this been? trying to run my galakron key which has my bis weapon but cant due to this crap 
Pretty sure you can, I have friends without authenticators and they’re able to use their keys.

You can. You just can’t have custom message in the group finder.

im activley trying to run my key and it says i have to post a title or it wont let me list it.
then when i refresh it says one or more dungeons was not valid.

Afaik the title in the group finder should default to the key difficulty. That’s from past interaction with a friend that didn’t have one, so that might have changed since.

It will auto populate depending on the key in your bags. If you have no key, then there’s nothing to auto populate. If you have a key and it isn’t auto populating, disable your addons.

Oh so this is about group finder, not about “can no longer start keys”?
They did that a while ago to fight bots/carry spam.

I know, Ive ran so many keys this month and all of a sudden i can no longer use my galakrond fall key. it keeps saying the dungeon is not valid
What does that have to do with an authenticator?
16 galakrond same message… delevelled the key from a 17 before getting this message for the 16 when i try to start a group
if i try to select the dungeon without the auto fill it will say i need a title and then it still wont let me post it. Not sure how to post screen shots but ill find a way
So you’re INSIDE THE DUNGEON and trying to put your key in the little pole and it says “dungeon is not valid”, right?
I think there’s an issue with Rise/Fall keys being posted automatically to the group finder. Game seems confused as to what key you have because they’re both Dawn of the Infinite.
I have an authenticator and have gotten this error posting a Fall before but I was able to select it manually from the drop down and post the key

Yes you can, the authenticator is only required to customize the group name. The authenticator is also a free phone app and helps keep your account secure, so there’s really no reason NOT to use it.

I am having the same issue. It’s BS. I pay for the game and I should be allowed to use my own keys without an authenticator. the problem is that I had an authenticator that is no longer in use by Battle.net and I cannot restore a new one to be able to list my own keys.
