The main thing that could make it difficult is that it involves several final bosses of various iconic raids so mechanics might be iffy when it first goes live. However I assumed numbers will be tuned so that it’s not overly difficult. I felt like I saw the required ilvl to que on wowhead somewhere and it was relatively low (though i dont remember the number exactly). I wouldn’t be too worried as long as you’re in at least somewhat relevant gear
would 409 be okay?
The drop rate for both was terrible. Some posts after yours said 3%, I don’t recall it being higher than 1%. It SUCKED.
And afaik, although Hatespark should be insanely expensive, last I checked it wasn’t. I think the last time I bothered to check was in Legion and it was like 60k.
Considering there are some rare pets YOU CAN STILL GET that are 100k and more, I don’t understand that pricing. Hatespark was super rare, and you could only get it for a short period of time. It’s a truly LIMITED item. It should be like 250k, at least.
But then again, it’s RARE, but it’s not special. As a battle pet, nothing about him stands out. He’s just cool to have. ![]()
I believe they said you needed a 380.
Which means of my toons (hardcore altoholic) only ONE doesn’t qualify. And I havent even logged into that toon in like a month.
EDIT: just checked, my lowest is 355 item level. He dinged when 8.2 went live, I did the opening quests for Nazjatar and then I forgot about him.
yaaaay im safe :D.
Even if he was selling for gobs of money, I’m keeping him.
I remember battlefield barrens, I farmed gahzrookis. I was still selling them a year later. Not huge profits, but I was still making easy money. Because once the event was over, that was it.
lol I think I have 600 Fel Bat Pups from the Legion event. (LITERALLY)
In 7-8 expacs, when Pet Battles finally catch on and everyone wants to complete their collection, I’ll finally be able to cash in!!!
(along with everyone else that has 600 Fel Bat Pups because there was nothing else to spend your unique currency on hahahah)
I think I gave up on that after awhile. Got what I wanted, got like a dozen Fel Bat Pups, gave up.
Ill keep for the hell of it. Im a hoarder when it comes to everything, so ill be on it like a fat man on a cupcake. Lol
Okay cool. Yeah 390 was the number i had in my head but i couldnt actually find it again anywhere haha. 380 is even easier then.
Honestly I’m more worried about getting the event alterac valley mount haha. Deathwing shouldn’t be too hard to get
Even if its 390 all my toons are good. Save that one which I should work on more.
Alterac … while it would be cool, that’s PvP so a big nope for me. I haven’t touched pvp by choice since Vanilla. Of course I had to do it during Mists for the cape. But by choice? Not since vanilla.
I’ll do almost any content if it’s for a mount haha. Though I actually oddly enjoy AV so I dont think i’ll mind that. I just don’t know what sort of twists the event version will throw in, and if I have to win to get the mount that could make things a little grindier than i’d prefer unless i get lucky at the start
Wasnt some of those bosses actually quite hard? thats what i heard at least
Blizz doesn’t do hard.
I think there more more qq about the posterior fedoras and specific abilities being used than anything… Hopefully since it is LFR they’ll disable those specific hunter/rogue abilities
difficult no tedious very much so. these raid bosses are just going to be hp sponges.
Even Spine?
Why am I mentally preparing for spending at least an hour, repeatedly falling off the Spine in LFR, as some Monster energy drink-fueled jacktard keeps yelling “WHEN HE SAYS HE’S GOING TO ROLL, YOU HAVE TO MOVE!!111111”
It will be easy fun… until Spine.
I have many felbat pups. But not that many.
Just do it within the first week its available, and itll be a breeze.
After most people have it, the people left over for you to queue will be bottom of the barrel types.
Blizzard isn’t about fun anymore. Just look at the toy box as an example. It literally has the word ‘toy’ to describe the box and we are limited or locked out from how often we can play with said toys.
