They know the arbiter is KO’d, and their whole job is to basically drop souls into arbiters funhouse so she can sort them, yet souls are still comming? Someone stop them already! Whats the Archon doing? Will the universe blow up if the Kyrians stop ferrying? Is this explained in-game? Unless the universe blows up I’m pretty sure we’d be ebtter off if the Kyrians stopped ferrying and started invading the maw.

Maybe the Kyrian are spread thin to the point where Ascendants operating within the Material Plane don’t receive new orders for millennia?
If there are gorillions of planets with life, you can’t really get the message out to all of them, can you?

Maybe the Kyrian are like santa claus? I did think about the whole “burning legion” thing, but I’m pretty sure the souls from the planets the legion dunked on were used as twisting neather fuel. In which case Sargeras made the Arbiters job easier.
Ye I know they’re not getting new souls, but they’re still sending souls to the Arbiter, who’s KO’d. Even if they had to be told by someone from oribos, they’re still doing it even after we told them.
They haven’t been in contact with Orbitos for a long time, they have no idea the arbiter is turned off. We reactivated their connection to Orbitos so they now know.
The only way that’s a valid excuse is if the Oribos people don’t know what the Kyrians job is, or they themselves can’t enter bastion to send a message. We know the Kyrian can come through, so why not jsut leave their gate open and wait for one to come by wondering why the heck they haven’t gotten any souls in a while.
“Yo speaker man, we noticed we haven’t gotten any souls in a while,. what gi- OH SWEET BABY OF THE ARCHON WHATS HAPPENING HERE? One sec fellas lemme go tell the folks upstairs to stop ferrying souls for a bit while we figure out whats wrong with the Arbiter.”

This entire problem reminds me of an infinite while loop problem. Why did the creators of the Shadowlands even design it like this. No fail-safe? Back up? Gurl…
