So why can't Alliance make Kul'Tirans in 8.1?

So, I understand Zandalari having to wait until 8.1.5.

They don’t officially join the Horde until after the Battle of Dazar’alor. They’re allies of the Horde but not members of the Horde until Talanji and Sylvanas make a deal after Rastakhan’s… incident.

However, Kul’Tiras joined the Alliance at the end of Kul’Tiras questing in 8.0, when Jaina was officially passed leader by Katherine and ratified by Lucille, Pike, and Tandred.

So, is there a reason Alliance have to wait until Horde get Zandalari in order to get our new race? Would it really kill Blizzard to let Alliance have a new race for a few months over the Horde?

Blizzard outright stated in a past interview that there will be times that both factions won’t get Allied Races at the same time, but did that only apply to when Horde get them first?

Dear lord… You are literally perpetuating a meme right now. You can be patient just like everyone else.

Soon as we get them I’m making a fat warrior in blue and gold faction gear

Only if in exchange Alliance never get to complain about Horde stuff for the rest of the expansion. Of course you’d want to disenfranchise the other faction.

Added a source to the OP, from ION HIMSELF.

  • Allied Races will always come out in pairs for now, but in the long run they may not come out for both factions at the same time.

So, basically: “HORDE FAVORITISM BECAUSE WE CAN’T GET AN ALLIED RACE BEFORE THEM! ERMAHGAWD!”

Maizou, c’mon, this is a really silly nitpick.

Looking outside of the favoritism nonsense, why can’t we get them in 8.1 though? ._.

There’s no reason not to unless they’re not finished yet

Why can’t you just wait like everyone else?

I kill for something ne to level. Do not matter to me one bit. It just with Ion he always uses lawyer words. they come back in strange ways. That may not might mean yea it could happen or no it could never happen. it reason lawyers make great lawyers, but terrible managers. Always afraid to commit. Hmm I wonder something.

Of things to be upset about, this truly grasping for it.

Give up your control of the story and preferential treatment and the complaints will end.

Because the Horde want to consistently be framed as the ‘bad guys’, Horde want to face losing their warchief in an unceremonious fashion time and time again etc.

Is that what you think? That every Horde player is enjoying how things have been going any more than you do?

Both factions should get the new allied races in 8.1 though. Giving them to Alliance players early just to address some nonexistent “horde bias” would be silly and unfair.

Why wait another week? Give them to us now! I really wanna make my kul’tiran. :sob:

Because they have to be patched into the game? >_>

Everything for Kul’Tirans is being added in 8.1. There’s literally no reason for us NOT to have access to them in 8.1 other than the Horde not having access to Zandalari.

But as Ion said, both factions won’t get them at the same time, so why not?

And if that means Horde get Vulpera before Alliance get Mechagnomes later, that’s fine.

Bruh, it’s like a month later.

I dont think Horde control the story. Pretty sure Alliance do. Especially with them going on the offensive and all the Horde can do is react. And Horde gets as much preferential treatment as the Alliance does.

Allied races, Island Expeditions, and War Fronts were the selling points of the expansion. We already have two of those so if they gave us the third right now we have would have nothing else to look forward in this crumby expansion.

Lol, I was not being serious, well, maybe a little.

I just want to play my kul’tiran sooner, they can give the horde zandalari and vulpera at same time for what I care.
