So... which horde race looks best in transmog?

Pretty much title, prefer a melee class

Well lets see, we’ve got a bunch of monster people, some cows…

Oh hey, a curvy humanoid elf-type.

Okay, thread over.

Orcs for shoulders, blood elves (male) probably have the best model in the game for armor, especially plate.

Male Undead have the best animations in the game though, with female undead having the best dual wield animations

Female orc. Elves look ridiculous with eyebrows poking out of everything.

With a no-bones showing option for UD for shadowlands, UD probably have the best structure for tmog.

Well if you want to just look cool, orc or undead. Blood Elves just look dumb

Thematically, Tauren, Goblins, and Pandaren look sweet. But you’re getting a very niche look, and most awesome raid sets don’t look good on them

Undead have the problem with some helmets and hoods having their neck not actually in the neck hole because of the forward lean.

Which race do you absolutely hate in this game? Like which race would you never roll because you can’t stand what they look like?

Somebody out there totally loves that race, it’s their favorite and they have multiple alts of that race. It’s completely subjective, so why ask silly questions like this?

Whatever looks the best to YOU, is going to be the best…to YOU. But then again, you already knew that didn’t you?

Blood Elves are the best option for transmog on Horde, imo. The shape of a helm mog on them is similar to that of Humans, and therefore less deformed. I don’t mind the long elf ears or eyebrows. The other races utterly destroy helm mogs with like hunched posture, long noses looking at Zandalari and Goblins, lack proper feet, etc.

All I can say is NOT TROLLS. Half of the helmets get distorted trying to cover our long necks, it just looks ridiculous. I’d say Orcs and Zandalari (both male and female) are really strong options.

Orcs are good for the “Me strong” transmog archetype. Their shoulders are also massive which may be a good or bad thing.

Undead have a unique posture. The posture will probably be what makes it or breaks it for you. Bone visibility is also annoying to some, but cool to others.

Male Blood Elves constantly have a cape clipping issue in robes, but you said you prefer melee.

Female Blood Elves are great for simple transmog, like the type of clothes you can expect a civilian to wear. That said, cloaks are oversized and shoulders just look tacky on them.

Trolls are usually barefoot. Regular Male Trolls also have a very unique posture.

Nightborne can pull of some cool simple transmog as well as the more over-the-top transmogs. Be aware that females have a unique posture.

Goblins if you want something Gnome-like.

Can’t really speak about Taurens beyond “play them if you want to be the biggest bulkiest person in the room”.

Not going to comment on Pandaren.

Wowhead has a Dressing Room that lets you make a transmog set on any race-class combo with your chosen character customization. It makes it easy to swap a set between characters, but that means you have to deal with Wowhead…

Belves have the best proportions, but the males have that annoying perma-cocked head, which ruins certain helmets.

As much as I love trolls, i seriously hate xmog on him, everything doesn’t fit… they so skinny and lanky.

probably zandalari, belves too dam small especially females.

I’ve always enjoyed the Tauren males. They look so massive. But sometimes they have a hard time getting into openings, especially when mounted. :ok_hand:
