So where is the totally real outrage over Lorthemar and thalyssra?

First they made it very clear they were gonna have some private… time at her castle.

Next we’re hearing about their couple drama as well their marriage that happened while we were away.

So where is the totally real outrage some of you display over a simple gay story and why is it lacking over these two and the other straight love interest in the game?

I know of some of you who have claimed “I don’t want ANY relationship in this game.” Yet all of you go completely silent when it’s a straight couple.

Very curious! how silent it is when it involves a straight couple… No mention of pandering, forced, cringe, and every other goalpost moving that is involved when a non straight couple is in the picture.

I’m outraged that after everything I’ve done, I didn’t even get an invite to the wedding.

If that counts.

Real! I believe danuser said he didn’t want to show it in the game i forgot why, but something about it being on his book. :rage:

I’ll be outraged when their relationship is out front and center of a questline and not just fun side lore wholly detached from the current goings on

Better not read the book then or I expect to see you in these forums outraged for a week.

What do the books have anything to do with what is directly in the game itself? Is there some sidequest somewhere I missed that requires an Audible subscription or something?

Cause it probably would have been if they werent so set on putting a lot of important details in books instead of the game.

Cause you know, relationships gay or straight can play an important role in a story. Shocking I know.

Would not surprise me if we were invited to the wedding whilst we were busy in the shadowlands… or maybe they forgot about us. :,(

Quite a bit these days which is one of the biggest problems with WoWs lore currently. But that’s a discussion for another topic.

But it isn’t, so what reason do I have to care either way?

I don’t need to know who is dating who to know that some magical contraption is about to explode and destroy a whole Slyvern nesting ground if I don’t disarm it quickly

They invited Baine who did nothing for two expansions to come, and then he did absolutely nothing watched Wrathion lose his cool composure. But not us! No… no… not us.

I’ll remember this slight the next time we have to make a “Meaningful Choice”.

The cringiest one was Malfurion’s straight quest chain. I literally have to endure the whole zone’s quest chain reading about him and his wife’s cringe straight romance.

Nothing will ever come close to that.

It’s almost like a story can involve more than one thing

Ok just keep ignoring the point I guess, that’s all you guys ever do anyway

Keep getting outraged over something minor as romance. That’s all you guys ever do anyway.

Questline? You mean like 5 quests? Such a huge line where you constantly see gay hearts? You saw a little bit of love, big woop.

I’m not? Unless you’re actually taking my words literally when they’re a mimicry of your own words to make a tongue-in-cheek point

There’s a slyvern nest about to be destroyed, go save it!

I mean it’s not nearly as bad as the entire patch back in Cataclysm devoted to Thrall and Aggra getting hitched

Very true.
