Description of the zone says the Zandalari helped the Amani rebuild their home. While we have no timeframe as to how long they have been rebuilding Zul’Aman it would have had to been after the Zandalari joined the Horde since if it was before BFA we should have heard more about a rebuilt Zul’Aman much earlier.
