Does that mean EXACTLY, or does that mean the same as when they say “Servers will be online at 11am pst” and are online 15 min later at 10:15 am pst. I killed a horde in thorium point (Sorry dude i wanted to test it didnt want to AFK FP kill you 
) and got no HK and honor tab isnt popping up;
EDIT: ITs because its only 10:30 EST upon making this post, i had my in game time set to LOCAL not REALM and didnt notice till someone pointed out its only 7:30 PST so this is the reason we arent getting HKs

World Server just went back down. I wonder if the hamster got on the wheel too early…

One thing that has been true since the beginning is that the planned end time for a maintenance should never be taken as 100% guaranteed.
