Always a suspicion, but not a fair conclusion in this case, I think. The lack of a post count means that it’s the first post from this account. When you start, or when the forum loses track of you, as it sometimes does, it picks a character. Someone who doesn’t know the ropes here wouldn’t think to change character.
I think it’s a genuine case of frustration based on not being aware of the gearing process, and the mechanics of Delves, and I hope OP is reading past the reflexive insults, and getting good information that will help.
