SO whats the TRUE requirements for Follower Dungeon?

Logged in and jumped on a Level 60 Mistweaver. Couldnt join any follower dungeons.
Did some research and ALL i can find is: Level 60 and Ilvl 180.

So I did a couple quests and got my gear to 181. Queued up and did a follower dungeon

Then got my priest to 60 (was 58). Got her gear to 185 and queued up. Completed a follower dungeon.

Grabbed my 59 Druid, got her to 60 got presently 183 ilvl and still not able to queue

For the characters that couldn’t queue, did you relog once reaching the appropriate ilvl? It seems if you reach the cutoff ilvl it doesn’t immediately register on the backend in the same game session. I know this works for LFR queueing so I’m assuming it also works for dungeons. As a future tip, I recommend doing the same before queuing for premade group content at max level if you drastically increase your ilvl in one session, as the old ilvl will show in your application (or at least that is how it worked for me previously).

Turns out the minimum level for doing a dungeon is 61…says it right in the listing lol.
I found out when I got my Resto Shaman whom I forgot about who was ilvl 194. Couldn’t queue. So leveled up to 61 when BOOM it popped and thats when I noticed the min level for Ruby.

SO technically need to be 61
