So what's the state of the story community at the moment?

I have to agree. If I were doing that cutscene I would have had them easily fend off two of them then, to make sure it happens and establish just what you’re dealing with, a swarm descends from the sky like the Heartless tornado from KH3 and blacks out the sky and just takes him by force of overwhelming numbers.

I can’t speak for the community, but as a small part of it, I can say I am looking forward to Shadowlands.

The whole Voljin and Rezan thing is neat. I liked Voljin. I liked Rezan. They both didn’t have enough screen time, and they are sort of combining, and likely showing up again. Unless Sylvanas smashes their little egg with her Mean Girl heels… So, I am excited to see all that, and where it leads.

I have always loved the Nathrezim. I am glad their lore is expanding. It can only get better, because it is always great with them. I am glad they are getting a spotlight, and I am interested in where that is going. Especially with Mal’ganis still unaccounted for. He was there at the Broken Shore where it all went down, but he didn’t appear again.

I am glad the afterlife is being dealt with. It seemed in disarray since BC, if not sooner. Sylvanas was the only one even mentioning it or trying to deal with it, so she had my support. I could say I saw a problem that few other than Sylvanas were even addressing. So, I am interested to see how the afterlife is broken and how we try to solve it. And what Sylvanas’s place is in all this.

Any Kaelthas stuff is good. It inevitably touches on all High Elves - what ever they call them selves. The Sindorei might get something out of this expac… some magic or some enchanted items or some power source… something to give the Sindorei a fighting chance to exist if they lose Quelthalas and the Sunwell. Maybe we will get a Naaru in one of those wagons to cart around, or a wagon with a portable Blood Well of Anima and Light. Having their power become more mobile would make sense.

… and I am a fan of what ever lore let us have more facial hair. I would love to have a twirly moustache with no beard/goatee/chin hair … but I am just happy to finally have a moustache option, at all.
