Has blizz learned their lesson yet or are we getting a part 3?
It’s gonna be there.
Part 3?
They quadrupled down in their bad game design so we have to needlessly endure another half the expansion not flying for no good reason.
Depends how many major patches there are. If it goes to 9.4, then there probably will be a part 3.
I don’t think they are changing pathfinder in any significant way.
I’d expect it to be no different than Legion or BfA.
If we have to suffer through another time gate I will not buy SL until flying is available.
It sucks because you’ll still have to do both achievements grounded.
And then you’ll be right back here complaining you have to grind it while everyone else is flying already.
Good plan.
Yeah they should really listen to feedback.
You can’t tell them that lol I tried a month or so ago.
Why, these forums are a minority, you’ve no way to know if the majority are actually not minding pathfinding achievements.
You’re right, blizz should make the sub counts public again. Good point.
And you believe that Pathfinder is the sole reason for the unsub, not the pvp balance, the lack of things to do, the sub cost in a unemployement crisis, the waiting for the new expansion, the fact that mmorpg is a dying genre.
No, in your fantasy world, pathfinder is the only reason.
And then a couple of expacs later they’ll remove Pathfinder so people who “worked” for it, will have wasted their time grinding for it and then complain on the forums, while everyone else gets it for free.
Did all those things happen at the same time? It’d be interesting to see the dates graphed alongside the sub counts.
Them learning their lesson is why we got Pathfinder in the first place.
It’s already a compromise, and I sincerely doubt they’ll compromise further.
I was actually specifically referring to the time-gated aspect of the Pathfinder part 2.
Well keep telling yourself that. Keep telling yourself that a company whose only purpose is to make money, would keep putting an achievement that’s causing mass unsubs.
Yeah, you’re right. They probably stopped publicising subscriber numbers for some other unrelated reason.
