I keep seeing outlaw bein rated pretty high above the rest of rogue spec’s and thats what im playin atm but im wanderin for like raiding if outlaw is worth using or not
or if assassin or sub would be better for raiding over outlaw
while my raiding experience is extremely minimal, mainly hopping in to help out the guild. i feel like the other 2 would be better for raids that dont have any sort of cleave. if you get 3 bad rolls in a row on outlaw its gunna feel pretty bad looking at the meters

No. Outlaw is not strictly better. I would suggest that you dont sort by overall. I’ll talk about mythic because really that’s the only difficulty that matters.
Firstly, theres a number of fights that favour outlaw. Huntsman, Inerva, Council, SLG. Heavy cleave fights and outlaw pulls ahead there.
There are fights that sub and sin are good on hungering, sludge and shriek if you want to count that.
Then sub and sin have their own fights they excel at. Sub is arguably the second best dps in the game on Sun king. Sin is really strong on Artificer and the clear best spec on sire if you run Zoldyck.
So it really isnt that easy to say “outlaw is best.” Because it’s not the best spec for more than half the fights in the raid.
