Seriously, regular BGs are supposed to be casual for people to learn and gear up slowly. I’ve been doing epic bgs the last few days and just about all of them were against premades that stomped us to the point where everyone just afks out and takes the 15 minute deserter debuff becaue it’s quicker to wait it out then sit in the losing BG. It wouldn’t be so bad if the premade won quickly, but nope… they drag it on as long as possible to annoy the other side.
Exactly how is this compelling gameplay? Don’t these premade clowns already have other PvP content in the game they can join together? Rated BGs? World PvP? 3v3 arena? Do they really need to poison the only casual place to pvp in regular battlegrounds (specifically epic ones)?
What stupid blizzard employee thought this was a great idea? And why is it persisting this long?
It needs to be stopped. Premades already have other group pvp content they can enjoy in a more competitive environment. No need for that type of stuff in casual regular BGs.
When more than 50% of your team consistently chooses to take a 15 min deserter debuff that keeps them from playing the content they enjoy rather than stay and get farmed by the premade, something is wrong.
I got stomped all weekend by q-syncers too. I’m glad to see so many people voicing it. My wife legit said it might be time to unsub for a while until something gets balanced/fixed. Sharding in wpvp the faction unbalance and when you get into a random and go up against q-syncers it’s just icing on top. Only won 1 epic all weekend. I know we did 5 last night, I don’t remember how many we did fri/sat thought. I’d estimate we did 15 fri-sun and only had 1 win
And 5 seems like a total legitamite amount of friends to que with. I que with my wife and oldest most of the time anyways. Though my kids a hard carry, but it’s supposed to be fun and learning and experience. Not trapped in your own GY
yeah, I’ve ran into more than usual share of alliance syncers this weekend as well.
Their usual composition was 10 healers, 10+ hunters/moonkins to overload 2 pug healers and then sweep remaining strugglers or GY farm them, depending on mood or votes, I guess. We did win one WG ( can’t recall which premade it was ), but our pug had enough healers and geared enough core… they afked 10 minutes in ( lol )
If you see that you keep running into them, my advice would be to switch to opposite side alt for a while - not sure if alliance/horde community leaders keep some timeshare slots booked, wouldn’t surprise me one bit.
I use “premade raid” when there might be confusion.
Especially in the context of epic bgs, I think most forum regulars understand “premade” refers to the cheating/exploiting kind.
“Queue syncer” isn’t as easily understood unless the reader is already familiar with the process how the cheaters circumvent the matchmaking system.
Unfortunately, for pugs to get a fair game in epic bgs, they need to try to avoid playing when premade communities are running epics. That usually means offpeak hours after premade communities have gone to sleep. It’s ridiculous.
I can see why you would do that, i just worry about the people who immediately open with “Premades” especially considering how many rage posts there are here.
I’d never tell someone where to find their fun, But i honestly dont see why there hasnt been a straight up dropping of epic bgs, (a strike if you will) by the non cheater scum playerbase? Syncers make the game miserable, i couldnt be paid to subject myself to that
It’s the daily conquest reward. I can rss que for 30 mins or epic by Que for 4-6minites. And the RSS isn’t a guarantee I’ll even get my 6 rounds. Once I have all my conquest pieces and appersnces yea. I’d only be doing them occasionally for the giggles
Id rather (and have) que rss in full blue gear against full tier conquest geared players, than ever step foot in an epic bg again, when epics were in standard rotation they were perma blacklist for me (av and IOC)

It’s only for the first win of the day. Then I’m done and would happily spend the rest of my time in gilneas or mines or any other regular map. Those are my jam.
There are fewer and fewer pugs queuing for epic bgs meaning there are fewer games going on.
So, when you queue during prime time, you’re more likely to run into a premade raid. Or you’ll join an in-progress, losing bg against a premade raid. Or your team will be half empty.
