I know first aid used to be profession but now its not and i think bandages are now tailoring or something, so what are the actual healing professions in the game
No such thing as a healing profession.
With that said, a lot of healers take up Alchemy due to a lack of decent healer trinkets.

Tailoring has bandages, alchemy has healing potions, and Inscription is so bad it’s funny, laughter being the best medicine and all.
