Heā€™s the final boss of the new raid. After all his buildup I doubt heā€™s going to be a ā€œTeam Rocketā€™s blasting off again!ā€ situation, so yeah Iā€™d expect his days are numbered.

But why though? Heā€™s just a greedy little gremlin who takes a huge interest in playing the market.

And probably underpays his employees.
And probably give no care about the environmentā€¦
ā€¦ and probably takes lives over business ā€¦

But probably, deep down, heā€™s a Dreadlord in disguise who will reveal himself at some point in the fight, and then we will kill him lol

Yeah, one doesnā€™t simply capture/kill the richest goblin on Azeroth. Iā€™m sure he has a portal handy that heā€™ll jump through as soon as the going gets rough.

He may also make us chase him around in circles for a bit while making wierd laughing noises and dropping some distracting treasure with every hit.

Probably not kill: Just like in the Goblin intro questline, we down him just for him to ā€˜barginā€™ his way out of a surefire death by abandonment.

I think the same thing will happen here, but Iā€™m positive that heā€™ll be no longer in any leadership position as far as Goblins are concerned.

nah, I heard that the new end boss for the next raid is a 7 minute loading screen followed by a screen flash, after which you are transported to dornagal. you will receive 54 gold and 2 runed harbinger crests.

Considering that final bosses in raids die more often than not, Iā€™d say itā€™s extremely likely weā€™ll actually kill Gallywix. Weā€™ll know for sure when PTR is available and we see achievements and such, but I definitely seeing them killing off Gallywix and adding a title along the lines of something like ā€œTrade Prince Slayerā€ or something.

Also, itā€™s likely that Blizzard considers Gallywix to be a war criminal, and if so, we know theyā€™re not going to let him live if heā€™s stated to be a war criminal. The only reason they let Sylvanas live is because she was a fan favorite character, so they basically made it where it was basically actually Zovaal who committed the war crimes by using domination magic on Sylvanas or something like that.
