Having a friend die to you over and over, it will take about 5-8 hours depending on how many of the mounts you want.

You’ll either need a second account or have some friends make a horde character, level it up (not sure if it works with a lvl 1 toon) and wait out the res timers.
Alternatively they could faction xfer.

But it’s total of 170 tokens = 170 killing blows of opposite faction.
For stuff like this Blizzard has said before that you can trade kills as they are not obtainable through legit methods anymore.
Get more people involved if you want it to go faster.

I did it on one account by running two clients, connecting on one disconnects the other but it takes a while for the character to log out, so I just alternated between killing my horde with my alliance toon. This was painfully slow so try to find a willing sacrifice.
Yeah i am probably incorrect but i do remember picking up the talbuks in a later xpac. I never got them during BC first time around.
You either use a 2nd account with diff faction and farm it by yourself or wait until warlords of draenor where you got halaa tokens from your garisson table.
