It’s short sighted design because they are angry we did not bend over and accept it in WoD. They have been on a crusade ever since to make it as annoying as possible to fly. Nevermind the fact that horse left the barn in TBC.

Yeah they still do not understand because they think Wow player = Diablo player which is far from true. Most Wow players want nothing to do with Diablo game design into WoW IMVHO.

Who wants to fight every meaningless mob on the way to the main quest objectives.

After the vigor changes. It was pretty terrible with 3 and having to collect all the floating tokens to actually be able to do anything.
