May be havin’ a brain fart here] is more prevalent in the WoW comics from 2008/2009 which were published by Wildstorm comics before Jim Lee shut down the company. The three of them met during Varian’s gladiatorial days when he was still recovering his memory and went under the name “Lo’gash” as they were all slaves sold to the same arena.

For now it means practically the same thing but if the house of wrynn for whatever reason were to be at odds with the alliance veleera would be an enemy of the alliance.
She is not a blood elf. Blood elves are all high elves, but not all high elves are blood elves.

I’ll sum it up by saying pretty much what everyone else said.
She’s one of those apolitical NPCs. She’s a friend of the Wrynns and that is about it.
Valeera is a Blood Elf though. She is one of the renamed.

She owed a life debt to Varian who asked her to keep an eye oh Anduin, when he was younger and she continues to honor the debt… She’s neutral leaning towards the interests of the Wrynn family.
I feel like I’m the only one that actually read the comic that introduced her…
Valeera was a slave gladiator along with Broll Bearmantle and amnesia Varian under the ownership of Reghar Earthfury (a former gladiator himself). So she has a very strong relationship with just Broll and Varian. Valeera was orphaned as a child due to the Scourge and imprisoned as a child by the Alliance for stealing and later sold to the Horde (e.g. Reghar) for the arena.

Valeera claims she doesn’t belong to a faction despite basically hanging around Anduin and friends all day. Basically she is the in-game character of those people who say factions are stupid.
What if she’s actually Horde? And using Anduin as puppet. Because she is very close to him and influences his decisions a lot. Especially “make peace with Horde.”
That’s bs, she is actively trying to make sure there is peace between horde and alliance, she influences anduin a lot, she could very well be a horde admirer, I noticed she is against anyone who wants to wage war on horde.
I mean, we’re all Alliance now after Baine’s faction somehow took over the Horde and he set up permanent posting at Anduin’s feet like a domesticated house-cow.
So, that’s like saying I am loyal to Barack Obama, but not America?
Anduin Wrynn is the current and main representation of the Alliance right now.
Well you’re lucky you have a cow who wants peace otherwise the retaliation for Teldarassil would have been the Horde being wiped out from the face of the planet. I should just ask the draenei to use their space ship to nuke all horde cities.
