I’d be extremely surprised if any modern blizzard title remains relevant for longer than 5 years. Diablo IV especially.
Only reason WoW is still around, is because the old guard built a masterpiece.

next time I see a wow player complain about balance I’m going to link them the D4 1.1 patch notes.
I genuinely enjoyed playing the D4 preseason and was excited to see a big balance update that would fix the issues with each class, instead all they did was nerf everything.
Maybe S2 will be good, don’t think I’m going to touch S1 at all.
Hence why I am itching to play Wotlk.

Thankfully I’m powered by spite so I’m just playing a blood necro. Changes to crit and vuln? Time to go Overpower damage then.
Part of me thinks this is just typical WoW boards overreacting, but I am glad I told myself not to get Diablo 4 and instead wait to see how Blizzard will handle it.
