So… it’d be nice if we could use this talent and not constantly have the TotT icon constantly over our heads. Not sure if it was intentional or just bugging out

Seems more than likely a byproduct of just tossing the talent in the build without too much thought beyond making it function.
Rogue saw insanely low amounts of dev attention, there are bugs like this buried in all 3 hero classes, as well as a bunch of our basic class and spec talents.
Report and deal with it is sorta the mentality right now. Not much more we can do, as they didn’t listen to over 3 months of feedback.
